METABOLIC is one of the best calisthenics gyms in the UK and boasts a huge diversity of equipment including : gymanstic rings , pullup bars , squat racks , dumbells , climbing ropes , treadmills , sleds , weighted vests and belts and many more...
In this taster session you will get to learn and try out basic calisthenics exercises and attempt some skills. We are completely beginner friendly so don't be shy to give it a try !
There is also opportunity to try out weighted calisthenics which is popular amongst a lot of our members.
