Weekly Classes

Our low-cost weekly classes run throughout term time and include Pilates, Yoga, Box HIIT, Dance Fit, Regents Park Run and Barre. Three of our classes are women only and are led by female instructors. All of our classes are beginner friendly and offer a relaxed and social environment to meet fellow UCL students.

Social Leagues

Social Leagues are a great way to keep active in a relaxed and sociable environment, with a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere.

Last year we ran Social Leagues in Football, Dodgeball, Touch Rugby and Table Tennis.

Get Involved

Could you be a Project Activator? Are you passionate about sport? Would you like to learn new skills? Are you enthusiastic about developing and promoting accessible sport and physical activity to your peers? Are you looking for flexible and time-light volunteering which you can fit in around your studies?

Collaborate with Project Active to introduce your sport to a wider range of people, especially those who are beginners or who are not sport-orientated.

Increase exposure to your club, get more students active and and encourage more Postgraduate engagement in sport!
