Monday Meditation

Start the week off with a silent meditation session to centre yourself!This session is led by Reid Humble, the UCL Chaplain and Interfaith Adviser.He will introduce you to centering contemplation, a form of silent meditation he has been practicing for around 15 years. We will then meditate silently for 20 minutes. You are also welcome to use a different meditation practice you are familiar with.

Highland Dancing Workshop with UCL CalSoc

Come join us we try out other folk dances, with some special extra sessions taught by our members!We will be learning Highland Dances from 6pm to 9pm in IOE 731. Dances will be beginner friendly and called gender-neutral. Please wear clothes and shoes you can dance in, and make sure you can stay hydrated in case the heat wave continues!
