Discover Project Active Give It a Go Session

Join us on Monday 28 October at Whitefield School, for a Give it a Go Women's Hockey Session

What to expect from a Project Active Give it a Go Session:

Our 'Give it a Go' sessions are designed to be:

  • Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
  • Low commitment
  • Inclusive and welcoming
  • A great place for making new friends!
  • A great way to try something new

During the session participants should expect to have a short running warm up followed by some stretching. We will then go through the basics of hockey, like how to hold a stick and do different kinds of passing, and then we’ll play a short game at the end!
