Our aim is to cultivate a community that reaches out to those who may have never considered ‘being part of it’. This includes those who may not have experience, are hesitant to commit, feel unwelcome, or simply haven’t had the chance to explore what arts has to offer. We especially want to connect with those who believe it’s not for people like them or who feel they don’t quite fit in.

Our focus is on fostering genuine connections and social interactions, advocating for moments of fun and joy, and ensuring a beginner-friendly environment open to all skill levels.
artsUCL is also dedicated to elevating the voices of the Global Majority, LGBTQIA+ community, International students, Disabled students, women-only spaces, and other underrepresented groups, ensuring that everyone has a place where they can find their thing.
