Date & Time: Wednesday 16th, 23rd, 30th at 6:30-8:00pm

This is our beginner sparring-focused training session. We will be teaching some drills, and getting suited up for a light sparring match at the end of each session. Come along, say hi, join in, and see how we train!
The sessions will be working towards the achievements of understanding and application of basic kicks and footwork, building a strong foundation and applying the correct techniques.
