Who will the volunteers be working with?
Your main contacts are our Youth Work Team and Jobs, Education and Training team. You'll be teaching young people aged 18-24 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or unsafe in London. The majority of these young people are from refugee, asylum seeking and migrant backgrounds.
Training
We'll provide a full training and induction for all volunteers - this will include introduction to the day centre, youth homelessness, all our teams and specific knowledge needed for the role.

Time commitment

Thursdays 1.30-4.00pm. We run our ESOL class every Thursday at 2.30 for 1 hour (2.30-3.30) but it would be helpful to be available before and after the sessions as well.
