I’m excited to announce that I am running for the position of Events Officer! Over the current and previous academic year, I've had the pleasure of organising various events, from cozy gatherings and dinners to fun dance workshops and insane parties like Calourada, emBRAZA and BRAguncinha. I'm also proud to have initiated and led the very first speaker event since the creation of the PSS.
If elected, I’m committed to continuing our celebration of the vibrant Lusophone cultures and bringing us even closer as a community. Our events and parties will continue to create that comforting ‘back home’ feeling and we’ll expand our academic discussions to an even larger scope. This year, I also aim to bring more of your ideas to life by inviting you to share the types of events you’d love to see!
