As your Welfare Officer, I'll use my two years of society experience and 8+ years of photography expertise to create a thriving, inclusive community. I'm committed to your well-being, and I'll ensure our society is a welcoming space for all photographers. I'm excited to contribute towards initiatives like the photography magazine and exhibition, while providing support and guidance to achieve our shared goals. Vote for me, and let's build a brighter future for our photography society together!
With over 7 years of experience, I’m passionate about both the art and the community of photography. After a rewarding journey in leadership positions in other societies, I’m now returning to one of my first passions—photography. It’s a field that lets me explore creatively and connect with others who share the same enthusiasm.
Photography Background: I have worked with a variety of equipment, including my DJI M2P drone, Canon 5D Mark IV & 400D, capturing everything from landscapes to candid moments on my travels. I love exploring new places to shoot and finding unique angles to share a story through my lens. I’ve recently revived my photography account, @linc_photography, and would love for you to check it out!
My Vision:
- Create a supportive, inclusive, & welcoming environment within our society
- Make it easier for members to connect, share work & support each other, whether they’re just starting out or experienced photographers. From group outings to casual meetups, I’d work to make everyone feel like they have a place in our community
- Photography can be as therapeutic as it is creative, and I believe in fostering an environment where members feel comfortable & inspired. I’m here to listen and ensure that everyone’s well-being is looked after, whether that’s through open communication or simply creating a space where people can unwind through art.
- Coordinate local and accessible travel sessions to explore together. Let’s discover London’s beauty as a team
I am an active member of Photography Society and would like to give back to the society's functioning as a Welfare Officer.
