Photography Society: Exhibition Officer

Hi! My name is Luna Nakahara, and I am a third-year Arts and Sciences student. My specialty in photography is event photography, including pre-wedding, anniversary, and wedding shoots.

I am excited to apply for the Exhibition Officer position!

 I have experience curating two exhibitions as part of past modules. One was a group online exhibition, where I curated museum objects around the theme of "Snapshot of Time." The other was my own online exhibition featuring artworks I created. Curating exhibitions has been a deeply enjoyable experience for me, and I’m eager to bring my passion and skills to this role.

If I were to become the Exhibition Officer, I would organize an exhibition for Photography Society members—most likely a physical exhibition on or near campus. This event would provide members with the chance to showcase their work, receive feedback, and connect with fellow photographers!  (Of course, it will be always great if we can host an opening party).
