During our This Girl Can: MMA session we will be running through a few basic moves from MMA. With an aim to equip women with a very basic understanding of some self-defence. But more importantly to get together as a group of like minded people and have some fun doing sport and learning something new.

Equipment: All equipment will be provided, please bring a water bottle with you.
What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in.
