Beginner Session

In this session, we'll be going through boxing foundations, working on punches, movement, and defence. These sessions are great if you've never boxed before, or want to brush up on the basic skills. You can look forward to technique work, partner drills and conditioning.Note: There is no sparring in these sessions. Hand-wraps are mandatory.

In these sessions, we’ll be putting boxing foundations to use - expect more advanced drills that combine footwork, head movement and all six of the main punches. Body sparring may be a part of the session towards the end of the term. There will be no head sparring. Note: Hand-wraps are mandatory.
