Silent Meditation Session (UCL Chaplain)

This session is led by Reid Humble, the UCL Chaplain and Interfaith Adviser.He will introduce you to centering contemplation, a form of silent meditation he has been practicing for around 15 years. We will then meditate silently for 20 minutes. You are also welcome to use a different meditation practice you are familiar with.

UCL Kendo Club Kumdo Workshop

UCL Kendo will be running a social evening with a short seminar on Kumdo (Korean kendo) and how it differs from the Japanese kendo we learn here at the club.
