Our Postgraduate Regents Park Run is a lovely casual way to get active and socialise. No previous running experience is required, you can run at your own pace in the park then we will gather for a warm down jog back to Bloomsbury.
Meeting point: We will meet inside Bloomsbury Theatre Building next to the café at 5pm. Please be on time. If you can no longer attend, please kindly let us know as a volunteer from RAX gives up their time to carry out these sessions.
What to bring: Comfy shoes, water bottle and something warm to put on afterwards.
Bag storage: Come early if you would like to drop your bag off in our locked room.
Instructor: Adil Patel
Required experience: People of all abilities are encouraged to enter, even if they’ve never run before!
Running pace: The pace will be dictated by the group and we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable.
