Our Regents Park Run is a lovely casual way to get active and socialise.

No previous running experience is required, and we cater for both beginners and intermediate runners.

And that's not all...if you love this, you won't want to miss out on our first UCL Campus Run at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Wednesday 24 April. Whether you're looking to beat your personal best time, or a supportive environment to run 5K or 10K in, we'll be routing for you all the way. Grab your ticket here!

Meeting point: We will meet inside Bloomsbury Theatre Building next to the café at 6pm. Please be on time. If you can no longer attend, please kindly let us know as volunteers from RAX give up their time to carry out these sessions.

What to bring: Comfy shoes, water bottle and something warm to put on afterwards.

Bag storage: Come early if you would like to drop your bag off in our locked room.

Instructors: Adil Patel

Required experience: People of all abilities are encouraged to enter, whether they’re complete beginners or they’re experienced runners!

Running pace: There will be two pace groups: the beginner group and the intermediate group. The beginner group will run at an easy, conversational pace for all abilities. The intermediate group will run at approximately 5:30-6:00/km, but it will be adaptable for the specific group.

What to wear: A light jacket and comfy shoes are recommended for the run, and something warm to put on afterwards.

Route: The run is 4-5 km long for the beginner group and will go in and around Regent’s Park. The intermediate group will run 6-7 km and climb Primrose Hill to be rewarded with a breath-taking view of the London skyline.
