Come and get out of the city on this countryside nature park at Trent Park. We'll bring a couple of pairs of binoculars and see what birds we can see, but generally it's just an excuse to get out into some green fields and woodland!
Meet outside Cockfosters tube station at 10.30am. It takes about 50 minutes to get there from central london (on the piccadilly line). Then it's a 10 minute walk to the park. It'll end around 12.30-13.00 but we'll see.
Make sure you bring: SHOES THAT CAN GET MUDDY (walking boots ideally as it'll probably be wet), as well as very warm clothes (warm coat and jumper, woolly hat, gloves, scarf if possible), and a waterproof coat ideally just in case it rains (although it's forecast to be ok).
