This workshop aims to introduce the applications of Virtual Reality including the use of headsets in medicine.
MedTech and UCL SurgSoc general surgery subcommittee are collaborating to host this workshop with guests from VRiMS - a non-profit organisation focusing on medical education in virtual reality.
Students who sign up for this workshop will have the opportunity to try out virtual reality headsets brought in by VRiMS. Students will be able to view and demo medical simulations on these headsets as well as being taught about their applications in practice.
We are running two identical workshops:
- workshop 1 - 6:15pm-7:15pm
- workshop 2 - 7:15pm-8:15pm
