UCL Surgical Society aims to provide medical students (and non-medical students) with all the relevant information about what a career in 21st Century surgery entails. We run a variety of practical workshops, which range from basic suturing to orthopaedics, and also organise a series of highly informative talks delivered by both nationally and internationally recognised surgeons. We run specialty-specific skills and careers sessions throughout the year and our flagship event, the International Undergraduate & Foundation Surgical Conference (iNUGSC), is not to be missed.

We also run Tutorials for Medical Students from Years 1-5.

Whether you're already set on a career in surgery or just curious about what it entails, be sure to check out our website, Facebook and Twitter pages to see what exciting new things we have planned for the coming year.

Turn your interest in surgery into a career. Join today - we would love to welcome you at our events!
