Project Active have collaborated with the Running and Cross Country Club to offer running sessions every week. These runs will be around 5km at a very relaxed pace and would be adapted each week to suit the needs of participants who attend. Everyone is welcome to come along, you don't need to have any running experience as these sessions will provide a  positive, welcoming and inclusive environment to get active and make new friends. 

And that's not all...if you love this, you won't want to miss out on our first UCL Campus Run at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Wednesday 24 April. Whether you're looking to beat your personal best time, or a supportive environment to run 5K or 10K in, we'll be routing for you all the way. Watch this space for tickets.

Location: Please meet outside the Bloomsbury Theatre Building at 4:50pm. 

Equipment: Please bring a water bottle with you to keep hydrated. 

What to wear: Please wear comfortable shoes. If it is cold, please dress appropriately.
