During this choreo workshop you’ll learn a Filthy AF routine filled with confidence-boosting movement. In true Filthy Friday-style this workshop is a celebration of all things YOU! We’ll spend our time working through each section of the choreo, which has been carefully put together to give space for you to incorporate your magic wherever you like!
This is an open level workshop, however we recommend having gone to a programme of beginners classes to have a base understanding of pole.
Heels and kneepads are not required - but recommended for the full experience
