Join us for this seminar hosted by Assistant Professor of economics at the University of Leeds and Visiting Fellowship of Behavioural Science at LSE, Stuart Mills.

The seminar aims to give an overview of the evolving behavioural regulation landscape. Globally, government agencies have expressed substantial concern about the use of manipulative online choice architecture, typically labelled ‘dark patterns.’ The seminar will outline the current regulatory discussions in the US, EU, and the UK. It will present discussion of behavioural audits as an industry response to this changing regulatory landscape, and present some emerging auditing tools.
