With the weather dropping, many of us have the ability to stay warm and safe in our homes.

However, we have many homeless people who struggle and with the cold weather upon us - LBN are providing temporary accommodation but we may need to open another site due to potential demand sleepers get through this time.

Perks and Benefits
Volunteers can help residents and be able to help the most vulnerable in society.
Learn how referrals to the team are made, such as drug and alcohol.
It will give a real insight as to how people end up on the streets and how just by them helping them with basic day to day issues or responsibilities can help them take up more suitable offers to help end their rough sleeping.

Duties

Volunteers will provide support, engage with them, take part in any activities such as board games, books, distributing food, stocking fridges, reporting any incidents that may occur, etc . These are similar volunteer duties as in the rest centres (ideal for Rest Centre Volunteers but open for all Volunteers also).
