This session is part of All Jokes Aside, TeamUCL's campaign to support male mental health at UCL, and is open to everyone that is a member of a TeamUCL sports club.

Talking about suicide is our best form of prevention, but fears about saying the wrong thing or making things worse can get in the way of us starting a conversation. Talking about Suicide: Ten Tools (TAS10) is a 90-minute training by Olly's Future to remove fears and stigma, and to equip you with practical tools to talk about suicide with someone you are worried about.

This session will be delivered online, safely and sensitively, by an experienced engaging trainer with emotional support, and included is a Life Saving Conversation to illustrate how the ten tools can actually sound.

No prior knowledge or training is needed, and we encourage any member of TeamUCL sports clubs to sign up. There are 50 places on this training workshop.
