Talk Club is a talking and listening group for male-identifying students, and forms part of the All Jokes Aside campaign.
It's centred around four questions; a check in with how you're feeling out of 10, something you're grateful for, what you're going to do to support your mental wellbeing in the next week, and a check out, again how you're feeling out of 10.
These sessions offer a space for men to speak openly and be listened to. It's not an advice group, but rather a way to sound out and communicate highs and lows, or just how you're doing at that moment, in a confidential space.
TeamUCL are running Talk Club sessions, for all male-identifying students at UCL, from December 2023 to April 2024.
