Why is sleep important for exam success?

Good quality sleep is associated with better grades, recall, mood and health. When you don't get enough, you miss out on REM sleep, which is vital for cognitive performance and what's needed the most when it comes to exam revision. Join this webinar to learn about how you can sleep better when studying for exams to make sure you give yourself the best chance of success!

You can also join Dr Guy Meadows on Wednesday 6 March at 12.30pm for a webinar on 'Sleep Essentials'.
