About the Circus Skills Session

Student Support and Wellbeing have partnered with the Students' Union Balls! Juggling & Circus Society to offer you a free taster circus skills session so you can take some time out from revision! For over twenty years, the Balls! Juggling & Circus Society has been providing a space for those wishing to practice juggling, flow arts, and other circus skills. Their regular sessions mix individual learning with workshops in an informal and friendly atmosphere. All skill levels are welcome to this taster session – whether you are looking for a space to practice cool circus tricks or want to learn a new skill, you'll be able to try out ball juggling, plate spinning and diablos! Places are limited so book your spot now!

The benefits of joining

Research shows that learning new skills can improve your mental wellbeing by boosting self-confidence and raising self-esteem. Juggling demands your complete attention and so is a great stress and anxiety buster as it will take your mind off things that you are worried about.
