Join us for our Intermediate Training Session with the UCL Amateur Boxing Club! These sessions are for people with a bit more experience in boxing. Training will include advanced boxing techniques, strategies, and more intense fitness conditioning.

Time: 8:45 - 10 pm
What to wear/bring: Comfortable workout attire, appropriate training shoes, hand wraps, and a water bottle. We provide gloves and skipping ropes, but if you have your own, please bring them along!
