What to expect at Project Active Restorative Yoga Class:
Our weekly classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active instructor. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning your class.
Designed to help you find deep relaxation and release, this gentle practice focuses on long, supported holds that encourage the body to relax fully. Each pose is carefully set up to allow for complete comfort, making it accessible to all levels. Join us for a soothing experience where you can let go of stress, restore balance, and enjoy a moment of calm in a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for anyone looking to rest, relax, and reset.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.

Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.
What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in!
Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable unless there has been a class cancellation.
Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
