"I’ve been practicing yoga since 2017, and over the years it has become a grounding force in my life, offering not just physical strength and flexibility, but also space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. My teaching is rooted in values of curiosity, connection, and care, and I’m passionate about sharing yoga as both a physical and philosophical practice. I teach all-levels Vinyasa class which is open to everyone - whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. You’re invited to come exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore movement guided by breath, using dynamic sequences to build strength and ease in the body, and moments of active rest to settle the nervous system."

"Hello! My name is Aoife. When I’m not writing fiction or lecturing in Sustainability in Practice at MLA College, I’m a postgraduate Dance Fit instructor at Project Active. Having never enjoyed sport as a child, I was delighted to find Zumba/Dance Fit back in 2012. I discovered such joy in the movement, and decided I needed to pass this joy on to others. After gaining my Zumba licence in 2015, I went on to teach in various gyms and sport for development contexts, notably through my postdoctoral work on the ‘New Development Frontiers’ project at Loughborough University (2017-2019). Dance Fit is for everyone. My advice is to come along, let your perfectionist self go, enjoy the music and embrace the community you will build. I hope to see you soon!"

" I have been practising Yoga and Pilates since 2011 and teaching since 2016.  I love teaching and I strongly believe in using language that will promote body positivity, inspire people to become the teacher of their own body and encourage my students to discover what they can achieve. My style of teaching is fun, light-hearted and playful with a safe blend of flow and alignment; come and spend some time with me and let's see what adventures we can embark on together."

Teaches: Women Only Dynamic Pilates (Mondays at 9:00) and Dynamic Pilates (Wednesdays at 10:00)

"I’m a dance artist, facilitator, and Pilates teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. Throughout my dance career, Pilates has been essential in maintaining strong posture, alignment, and technique. I have been teaching contemporary and creative dance for several years. In early 2024, I trained as a Pilates instructor, and I am now using this technique to help others build strength, balance their alignment, and discover a fun new way of moving. Pilates has not only supported my hyperextension but has also benefited my mental health through its focused and mindful practice. I hope to bring these benefits to the UCL community in a welcoming, accessible, and relaxing environment."

Teaches: Mat Pilates (Saturdays at 13:00-14:00)

I focus on creating inclusive, encouraging classes where students of all levels feel supported and confident. My aim is to help students move mindfully, build strength, and enjoy yoga from the very first class."

"My yoga journey began during a turbulent period of life. I found my first class a challenge, but felt a pull to keep going back. It wasn’t long before I was practising 10-15 hours a week, exploring different styles, studios and teachers all over the city.  I completed a 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training with Triyoga, and graduated wishing to pass on to others the transformative benefits of a regular yoga practice. My approach encourages people to aim for integrity before depth, to build strong foundations, and to connect the mind, body & breath."

Teaches: Vinyasa Yoga (Tuesdays at 8:00) and Women Only Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (Saturdays at 10:00)

"I first discovered Pilates during lockdown, following along to YouTube videos when gyms were shut. Despite being used to lifting heavy weights, I was amazed at how strong and grounded I felt moving with just my own bodyweight. That experience sparked my passion to share Pilates with others. I graduated from UCL in 2024, but Pilates never left my heart. I qualified as a Mat Pilates instructor and am now completing my Reformer certification, very excited to keep bringing the benefits of movement to more people!"

"My name is Vicky and I am a newly qualified mat Pilates instructor. I have been practicing Pilates for over a year, transitioning from my dance background in ballet, contemporary, commercial, and pole. I graduated from UCL in 2022 after completing a BSc in Economics and joined the corporate world of work. After some time, I realised that my passions actually lie in movement and being able to help others feel strong so I retrained as a Pilates instructor. I hope that I can help you find your passion and enjoyment in movement too!"

Teaches: Mat Pilates (Fridays at 9:00)

"I have been practising Yoga since 2019. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa style Yoga, which is suitable for all levels especially for beginners.  My goal is to educate people how to apply yoga techniques in daily life so they can build awareness in their body and reap in the benefits. My class will focus on the alignment and posture with hands on adjustment. Pranayama is introduced into class to build awareness of breath work and to promote mental wellbeing. I enjoy sharing the knowledge handed down to me from all the inspiring teachers I’ve met. Come and join me in my class and leave feeling the benefits for both body and mind."
