Hey guys!
It’s competition week! Please sign up to the competition if you would like to and haven’t already by following the link in the KCLBJJ instagram page. This week we will talk about competition rules and point scoring etc. This means there will be no Saturday class this week, but please come down to London grapple if you are free to support your teammates and friends.
As always, hygiene is of the utmost importance, so please cut your nails, and shower immediately after class. As always, no pockets/zips on clothing please.
