Good evening guys!
I hope everyone had a restful reading week. Please make sure that if you book a ticket, you attend the class, as on Saturday morning, there were only 2 people at the session. As always, hygiene and safety is of top priority; cut those nails, file them down, and shower before and after class to keep everyone happy and healthy. No pockets, no zips!
For those interested, please remember there is a KCL competition, information available on our IG page! I would strongly encourage you guys to give it a shot!
There will be no Saturday class this week, and instead a class/open mat at London Grapple!
