The UCL Jitsu Club is holding taster sessions for everyone. We'll be teaching practical, self-defence techniques that really work for anyone of any shape, size or ability. You'll learn to defend yourself from everything from grabs, punches, and kicks, as well as multiple attackers, armed or otherwise, on the floor or standing. And we’ll teach you some spectacular throwing techniques too. 

Come to a Jitsu taster session to see what a typical training session is like - all levels are welcome! 

Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, and bring some water with you as well - you'll need it.
