Key responsibilities • Ensure that applications received match our job specs. • If so, contact healthcare professionals and register them on our system. • Provide feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates via email or phone. • Resolve low level recruitment queries from candidates – acting as the first point of contact for the team. • Format CVs (attention to detail required!!). • Work with other members of the Recruitment Team on ad hoc projects. Skills required • Proven, significant administrative experience in an office environment or a willingness to learn. • Experience of working in a methodical way in line with standard processes. • Reliability and a professional attitude. • Demonstrable ability to consistently work to a high degree of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
