UCL Barbell Club is hosting taster sessions for all UCL students to learn about Weightlifting! 


What is Weightlifting?

It is a strength-based sport that consists of 2 barbell weighted movements: Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Additionally, these movements are great for functional fitness and athleticism. So, whether you just want to get stronger or you want to compete at a high level, come along to the weightlifing taster session to learn everything you need to know about weightlifting!
