Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. This class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
Equipment: A Pilates mat or towel.

Joining Instructions: This class will be held on Zoom, you can access zoom via desktop or you can download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. You will receive an email including the link to the class 24 hours before the class starts.
Before attending your class please fill out the PA Participant Registration form (you will only need to fill this out once per year)
