What is it?
TeamUCL Against Hate supports the development of equality, diversity and inclusion at UCL by supporting student leaders to make change. The project aims to increase cohesion between equity and inclusion campaigns, support clubs to develop EDI initiatives and enable students to better understand sports clubs' commitment to their inclusion.
TeamUCL Against Hate has three components; the Pledge, the Inclusion Plan, and the Accreditation Scheme.
In this session you will learn about the three components, be supported to develop your clubs Inclusion Plan, and understand how you can contribute to an inclusive culture at UCL.
TeamUCL Against Hate forms part of the Club Development Criteria and the Development Awards.
Who should attend?
This training is aimed at Club Presidents Welfare Officers, but we encourage committee members whose roles support equality, diversity and inclusion to also attend.
