Join us for our Beginners' Training Session with the UCL Amateur Boxing Club! These sessions are for people who want to start boxing and get involved with the sport but have little to no experience. Training will include boxing fundamentals, basic footwork, and fitness. If this sounds like you, come check out our beginner classes!
Location: Mandela Studio, Bloomsbury Fitness
Time: 7-8:30 pm
What to wear/bring: Comfortable workout attire, appropriate training shoes, and a water bottle. All equipment will be provided by us, although if you have your own boxing gloves/hand wraps, bring them along!
