Behavioural Science has gained much attention in the recent years, and many organisations take insights and apply them without measuring how they actually influence behaviour. Conducting RCTs in the workplace is a way to solve key organisational challenges, as well as contribute back to the wider field of Behavioural Science by creating robust evidence on what actually works.

In this talk, Guusje Lindemann will walk you through examples of previous projects, share what it's like to work as a behavioural science consultant, and demonstrate how you can embark on this journey yourself in the future!

Gus is a Senior Behavioural Scientist at MoreThanNow, a behavioural science practice based in London. MoreThanNow specialises in running experiments in organisations to provide the highest level of evidence of for behaviour change. Gus has worked in their social impact practice for the last few years, working on topics such as human rights, wellbeing, health equity and Diversity and Inclusion. Some of these findings have recently been published in the Harvard Business Review, and will be included in academic publications.
