The art of parkour involves traveling from point A to B using quick and efficient movements to traverse the terrain. However, training parkour can come in many different forms. This can range from: technically precise jumps, flowy vaults, explosive wall climbs and more! Parkour encourages creativity whilst also helping develop one’s mental and physical health.Want to learn?
