Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for a while or are just getting started, this class is a great chance to recharge, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our club. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other members and experience the calming energy of yoga together.
Mats will be provided—all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.

About Erika
I have been doing gymnastics and dancing since I was 5 years old, growing up I also fell in love with philosophy and spirituality, so yoga has found its way into my life very naturally and has been part of my journey for a long time.
My yoga philosophy is to observe my body, my breath and my mind. First step to any change is awareness and acceptance of the present moment.
I teach Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. I love dynamic flows that strengthen muscle groups, deep stretching exercises, and intuitive movements.
