We offer a wide variety of classes that you can join and our weekly timetable changes every term meaning there's always something new to try!

With everything from from dance to yoga and spin to boxing there's something for everyone and you can come to any class as a one-off or make it a regular thing.

All classes are included in our memberships and there's no limit to how many you can go to, meaning it's a great way to meet others and try something new.

You can book your spot in a class up to 7 days in advance using the TeamUCL Gym member app if you are a monthly or annual membership holder.

How to join a class

You'll need to book your space in advance to attend any of our classes. You can do this up to 7 days in advance using the TeamUCL Gym member app or if you don't have the app by calling reception or booking onto the class on the day at reception.

Once you've booked, just turn up on the day and join in! Make sure you double check the class start time as if you arrive more than 5 minutes late you may not be allowed to join due to health and safety reasons and the experience of the other class attendees.

Class numbers are limited so we kindly ask that if you can no longer attend a class you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the class so that it can be made available to another member. If your class is within 12 hours please call reception to cancel. Please note that failure to attend a booked class will be marked on your membership record, when this happens 3 times in a month you will be unable to book onto any classes for one week.

Boxing

Our boxing class uses pad work to give you a high intensity workout and teach you elements of boxing technique in a safe environment. Excellent for stress relief and increasing co-ordination!

Dance Fit

Dance Fit combines choreography with a high energy playlist that will keep you on your toes. A full body workout and a mood booster.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga will take you through a calm and relaxing practice, focusing on holding postures in tune with your breathing to increase body alignment, stretch the muscles and promote mindfulness.

HIIT

High intensity interval training combines bursts of intense strength and cardio work with periods of lower intensity or rest. One of our most challenging workouts, but equally rewarding!

Functional Movement

Functional movement prepares you to perform daily tasks or sports by mimicking real-life movement patterns. Get ready to twist, bend, lift, push, pull, squat and more!

Meditation

This class will gently guide you through a meditation to relieve stress and promote mindfulness.


Pilates

Our mat pilates classes use a series of precise and controlled movements to improve your posture, flexibility and core strength. A well rounded, low impact workout.

Rhythm Ride

Indoor cycling made fun. Get ready to pedal to the beat of the music with choreography in and out of the saddle (no dancing required) that boosts your stamina and endurance.

Sound Meditation

Using a soundscape created with crystal bowls, this class will take you on a journey of deep relaxation so you can leave feeling calm and refreshed.

Total Body Conditioning

Train like an athlete. This is not your usual cardio - you'll be building endurance, strength, speed, agility, and mobility in a high intensity session.

WOD

Your Workout of the Day inspired by cross training where each class brings a unique combination of strength and cardio exercises.

Yin Yoga

The slowest form of yoga where you'll be holding postures for up to 5 minutes, stretching the deep connective tissue between your joints. Perfect antidote to fast-paced lifestyles.
