Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Event Assistants. As Event Assistants, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our digital and in-person events.

Duties

Event Logistics:

Assist in planning and organizing both digital and in-person events.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.

Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.

Participant Engagement:

Greet and assist participants during in-person events, providing a positive and welcoming experience.

Monitor and manage virtual event platforms, addressing technical issues and assisting participants as needed.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and provide information to participants.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of event details, participant information, and feedback.

Prepare post-event reports highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Problem Resolution:

Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during events.

Work with the event team to implement quick and effective solutions.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination between different aspects of events.

Assist with other tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the event.

Training

Time commitment

Regular - on a weekly basis for at least 6 months
