Stewarding - helping to direct people, manning entrances / exits
All volunteers to arrive by 9.30am
There will be a briefing on arrival followed by a walk around the park for volunteers. Tasks will be allocated after the briefing.
Volunteers will be given hi-vis jackets and a rota will be agreed to give everyone breaks.
Pack up is between 4pm - 4.30pm, please help where you can.
Volunteers are required to provide at least 2 days notice if unable to attend
In the unlikely event that weather or other circumstances prevent the Green Fair from taking place, we will endeavour to advise volunteers as early as possible via email
The Park has accessible pathways throughout, there is also an accessible toilet

(possibility to volunteer for a morning or afternoon slot)
