Please use this form to submit an informal complaint about Students' Union UCL. Complaints may be made about a service or individual or group with the Students’ Union.

What happens next?

We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday excluding days when the Students’ Union is closed)

If your complaint is upheld, you will get a full apology. If it’s appropriate, we will let you know details of what we are doing to put things right.

Where appropriate, and if the complaint involves another student, you may be offered independent mediation to help resolve the situation.
