Me and my flatmate (both going into 3rd year) are looking for a flatmate (preferably a girl and non-smoker) to join us in a 3 bed flat (reception converted into a bedroom) behind Euston station, 15 mins away from campus. A 5 min walk away from Mornington Crescent, bus stop nearby and with access to Camden high street and other shops 5 mins away.
The flat has a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, appliances a small hall, lift access and balcony. Me and my flatmate also have a microwave, vacuum and rice cooker amongst other appliances.
The advertised room is the main bedroom (4.52mx3.69m).
Heating and hot water are included with rent. The move in date is 3rd July and the contract would run until 3rd July 2025 but we are open to move ins in September as well or sub-letting during summer.
