Me and my flatmate are looking for another person (preference for a girl, and a non-smoker) to join us in our 4-room large flat in Bloomsbury. Situated right next to the Brunswick centre, the flat is a walking distance away from the main UCL campus (12 mins walking), and approximately 7 mins away from both Russel Square and King's Cross/St Pancras. The flat has a washing machine, balcony, private residents' garden, and a small hall. The move-in date would be the 27th of June and the contract would run until September 2025 (but this is negotiable).
The advertised room is the largest room in the flat (17 m2) with all bills included, including water and the wifi! We are also looking for someone for the smallest room in the flat - look out for our other advert :).
