Being a VP is not an easy job. It takes a sizable amount of organization, planning, and dedication to pull off correctly, alongside an intimate knowledge of the society that you represent. To be a VP, you have to be aware of this, and ready to do it—and I have just that.

I have already served the Diplomacy Society for a year, where I was Head of Events. During this time, I organized and helped run a number of events—more importantly however, I slowly became familiar with and came to deeply understand how the society runs. Not just the superficial events and positions, but also what goes on behind the scenes to get everything running. With this knowledge, I will be able to take hold of the responsibilities of VP with a set of capable hands.

As VP, I will take direct responsibility over the coordination of our society and committee. Be it long-term strategy to growing the society, or the day-to-day management of ensuring our events and career development programs run smoothly, or working alongside the President and Treasurer in working with the SU and raising funds, I will be there, on the ground, assisting and leading in whatever way I can.

Having a long history of leadership and management experience, a strong worth ethic, and a passion for the society, I am sure that as VP, I will help the Diplomacy Society thrive. With your vote of confidence, you yourself will help Diplosoc take a step towards just that.
