Political Risk and Intelligence Society: Treasurer

Being the current Vice President of the UCLUNA, I have participated in various events and activities surrounding international affairs, diplomacy, and global challenges. I have also attended over 30 MUN conferences globally, including but not limited to Harvard WorldMUN and LIMUN, all of which have honed my analytical and research skills whilst piquing my interest towards political dynamics, as well as political risk and intelligence. This is indicated by my volunteering in rural areas and countries such as Laos, where I helped with community development projects and cultural exchange programs.

If elected as Treasurer of the Political Risk and Intelligence Society, I would aim to:

- Manage the society’s budget and finances in a transparent and efficient manner

- Collaborate with other committee members and external partners to secure funding and sponsorship for the society’s events and activities.

- Monitor and report on the society’s income and expenditure regularly

- Ensure compliance with the Students Union UCL policies and regulations regarding financial matters

- Seek opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue for the society

I am confident that I can bring value to society as Treasurer, and I am eager to learn from industry experts and work with fellow students with a common interest in political risk and intelligence.
