I have been studying traditional Chinese painting for five years now, with a primary focus on the expressive style of flower and bird painting. Chinese painting means more to me than just a painting technique and art form; it serves as a cultural medium and a way of creating meaning. I hope to have more time to meet with everyone, learn about Chinese painting together, and discuss the historical heritage embedded within it.
