Would you like to volunteer with a community garden to help improve local habitats? Now is your chance!🐌🌿 We're heading back to Robin Hood Community Garden!

Robin Hood Community Garden, set up in 2010, lies in the heart of an urban neighbourhood, providing a welcoming open green space for the local community.🌳 They currently work to protect the area's biodiversity and play a key role in improving nature in a very built up urban environment. More widely, the gardens also aim to help mitigate against the impacts of climate change.🌏

The volunteering on Sunday will involve working on building bee and bird boxes to continue creating habitats for nature, laying plants like hazel and blackthorn on hedges, as well as planting bulbs for spring including garlic.

Even if you have never done any volunteering work before, this event is open for all levels of conservationists, and is a great chance to get involved!
This event is ticketed and will require a full NatSoc Membership, so just follow the link to the SU in our bio. We hope to see many of you there! 🍀
